Short Locator on populated PCBs
at an unbelievable speed.
Can test for open / short on a populated PCB
with a maximum of 1536 test points, ( 1.17 million
test combinations ), in steps of 192 points, using a bed of nails fixture.
Each point's test timing is programmed in
8 different user selectable timings
at 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128 micro seconds.
Fastest testing time per pair is 1 micro seconds. This means a board with 1536 test points can be tested typically in 1.2 seconds, if all the pairs are open. Test time increases with the number of short pairs.
