Waveform Display
QT200 Diagnostic Software provides the user
all the neccessary information to get an insight into the function of the
IC under test. The following informations are prvided in the display
- Pin Labels, Pin Number and State Information
at the current location of the cursor
- The test vectors generated and modified
according to the dynamic conditions of the IC
- All the waveforms are shown as Input with
BLUE, Output with CYAN and Expected with YELLOW
- The user can make measurements with the
cursor from any point to any point in the Waveform
- Faults are indicated with RED Color in the
waveform when the Device Under Test fails
