Digital Subsystem
General configuration is 64 channel high current force driving pin drivers and 192 normal 50 ohms drivers to make up to 256 test channels. Each digital card has 32 channels. Maximum 320 digital channels can be configured in steps of 32 channel cards

Analog Subsystem
System supports up to four analog channels at 20MHz sampling speed. These can be used for Mixed Signal and analog Test, used as PMUs or used in In-Circuit Measurement of RLC values.
